These pancakes are so simple to make but the key is using the right protein. I strongly suggest you use Quest Nutrition because they'll make the pancakes thick, moist and fluffy. I've tried several other whey protein powders but the pancakes always turn out flat and dry.

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 scoops of chocolate Quest protein
  • 1 cup of dry instant oats
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 mashed bananas (optional)

  • Preheat the griddle to 325 degrees and lightly coat with a nonstick spray
  • You can also use a nonstick frying pan if you don't have a griddle.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Spoon onto the hot griddle or frying pan.
  • My pancakes are typically 3-4 inches in diameter.
  • Flip over after 3-4 minutes depending on thickness.
  • Remove pancakes, stack on plate, drown in maple syrup and enjoy!!

This recipe should make 8 pancakes depending on size and the protein powder you use.
