Protein Pumpkin Pie

Everyone loves pumpkin pie around the holidays and a healthier low-fat protein-packed recipe makes it even better. There's absolutely no guilt required with this delicious pumpkin pie.


  • 30 ounces of canned pumpkin pie puree
  • 3 scoops of vanilla or pumpkin flavored protein (I prefer using Quest Nutrition)
  • 1 cup of nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/3 cup of powdered stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  • Mix ingredients thoroughly
  • Lightly coat the baking dish with a nonstick spray
  • Pour batter into baking pan
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done
  • Let it rest and cool down before serving

Nutrition Facts (6 large pieces per pie but you could do 8 if you prefer):

Fat = 1 g

Carbs = 14.9 g

Protein = 22.6 g
