Lightly coat with a nonstick spray.


  • 2 scoops of Quest Nutrition protein
  • 1 cup of ground oats
  • 2/3 cup of almond milk
  • 2/3 cup of egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of honey and/or stevia


  • Mix ingredients in a large bowl
  • Scoop batter into waffle maker
